Agent2Agent (A2A) Protocol
An open standard for seamless integration and orchestration between AI agents.

Why A2A?
Agent2Agent (A2A) Protocol is an open standard that enables seamless integration and orchestration between AI agents, even if they were built by different developers or belong to different organizations. It allows, for example, a media company's agent to connect directly to a retailer's agent to show pricing for products featured in a broadcast.
How Do A2A Agents Work?
This sequence diagram illustrates how one AI agent (the delegator) discovers, connects to, and delegates a task to another AI agent (the worker).
What It Enables
- Direct agent-to-agent coordination across companies and platforms.
- Cross-organization workflows without bespoke integrations.
- Standardized handoffs for pricing, availability, and negotiation.
